Martha's Vineyard: Journey to Headstand

The Yoga Sutras say a posture should be both sthira (stable) and sukha (comfortable). Headstand, known as the “King Asana”, requires physical strength, and calmness of mind to feel both stable and at ease while in it.

If you’ve heard teachers offer headstand in class but haven’t actually been taught how to approach the pose, want to refine your alignment, or if you’re a headstand pro and are ready to add funky variations and ways to transition, this workshop is for you!
