We’re back at Creative Harbor, and we’re thrilled to see your beautiful faces in Salem.

Dates: Tuesdays in November starting 11/2

Time: 6pm - 7pm

What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat and any props you have such as a blanket and blocks. We will not have extra props. Water, and a credit card or cash if you plan to pay on-site registration.

All are welcome. I am thrilled at this opportunity to offer yoga to you in this space that encourages collaboration, community, and a creativity. We will flow together from 6pm - 7pm. I will have a HEPA filter running in class. Because of the rise of COVID cases I ask you wear your mask to the studio as Salem has an indoor mask mandate.
