Meet your Retreat Leaders

Anne Koza, an adventurous and playful yogi at heart, believes in the connecting power of yoga. Teaching since 2009, Anne leads with a desire to create a supportive space for her students to reconnect to themselves through being present in breath and to explore through mindful movement.

She designs her sequences to be both challenging and rejuvenating. Deeply caring about the structural alignment of each pose, Anne first addresses the physicality, then layers in the subtle elements of the practice. With a degree in Biology and Psychology, Anne studied the impact of yoga on the mind and body and believes in yoga’s inherent value for holistic wellbeing.

Anne received her 200HR from Back Bay Yoga, and her 500HR from Super Soul Farm led by Raghunath Cappo, where she spent a month living and learning at Radhanath Swami’s Govardhan Eco Village in Mumbai, India. Anne holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University in Visual Arts. She currently lives and teaches in Maui, HI and leads retreats around the world.

Megan White Megan is a Yoga, Ayurveda, and Sound Practitioner who has spent the past 10 years deepening her knowledge and sharing her practice with others. Her journey began with a personal commitment to self-healing, and she continues to explore how these ancient traditions can offer balance and well-being to all.

Her education is deeply rooted in Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Wise Living Yoga Academy in Thailand and her 300-hour training at Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA. In addition, she has completed both Ayurveda Herbalist and Ayurveda Health Counsellor training with the Ayurvedic Living School in Arcata, CA, further enriching her understanding of the body and mind.

In Megan’s classes, you can expect a practice centred around the breath and intuitive movement—designed to meet the unique needs of each individual body. She focuses on helping people build a deeper connection with themselves through mindfulness and self-awareness. Her approach encourages students to move in ways that nurture both their physical and emotional well-being.

When she’s not teaching, Megan enjoys spending time in nature and in the kitchen experimenting with Ayurveda-inspired cooking, bringing balance and nourishment to her life both on and off the mat.

Quotes about your teachers:

“I highly recommend working with Megan! She’s an authentic and radiant woman who wonderfully shares her passion about yoga an Ayurveda. You can feel she is in her life’s purpose while sharing her offerings. Her yoga classes are mindful, uplifting & healing. Her gentle guidance in the poses is so helpful, and she is a beautiful and talented sound healer as well. Her Ayurveda counseling is so powerful and helpful! I feel like I have been reprogrammed (in the best way!) as far as listening to my body, and how to nourish it. She’s also honors nature, and integrates this into her sessions as well.”

Anne is one of the most compassionate, engaging and knowledgeable yoga teachers I have ever met. Her warm & welcoming energy puts you at ease the minute you walk into the door. It is clear she puts a lot of time and thought into each pose of the Yin practice and takes special care of everyone in the room. She truly values the stillness, deep breathing and silence that we could all benefit from. Her light adjustments melts away any unnecessary tension and transfers love and positive energy exactly where you need it. I can always rely on Anne’s yin class to quiet my mind, slow down the thought process and leave feeling lighter than air. If I could practice with Anne everyday, I would be one happy and healthy lady.
