We’re back at Creative Harbor, and we’re thrilled to see your beautiful faces in Salem.

What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat and any props you have such as a blanket and blocks. We will not have extra props. Water, and a credit card or cash if you plan to pay on-site registration.

Each class is tailored to the groups needs and begins with Anne asking the group how they're feeling and if there's anything they need. With a class That begins at the end of the workday, this tends to be a more gentle flow class guided by Anne. She sprinkles in her kind words and meditative wisdom and the class is set to calming and inspiring music. Anne provides modifications so this class works well for participants of all abilities.

Multiple students have said that this is one of the best yoga classes they've taken including Andi who attends almost very class. Studio owner Katie (a yoga student for over 15 years) agrees that Anne is one of the very best.

The studio has a large 700 square-foot open space and 15 foot ceilings. We run a hepa filter in the studio. Students face the window wall so that while we progress through the class we are able to watch the light change outside and are often treated to beautiful streaks of color in the sky as the sun sets. There is ample free parking on site and the studio is fully accessible with ramps and elevators.

We are currently running the class as mask optional and will continue in accordance with current regulations established by the city of Salem, MA.
