Invigorate for Spring: A yoga & nutrition virtual workshop

On Saturday, March 19 join Anne Koza and Meg Gerber for a virtual two-hour workshop combining a strong vinyasa yoga flow with an empowering discussion on optimizing digestion to bring balance to the mind and body.

The workshop will begin with a 50-minute vinyasa style yoga class led by Anne Koza designed to wake up and reestablish a strong body and mind connection. In the cold months it can be challenging to find the fire within, our bodies need more time to warm and open. This yoga practice will help you tap into your power and build heat in the body to warm you from the inside.

Following this fiery flow, Meg will discuss foods for optimizing digestion, supporting sugar cravings and reigniting your metabolism. Meg’s approach to nutrition focuses on empowering you with nutritional knowledge and reminding you of the tools you have already built within you to optimize your digestive balance. You will leave feeling newly invigorated around what gut healing foods to choose, recipe ideas, digestive supplements to consider and Meg’s favorite way to ignite digestion through stress management.

We will close the workshop with a body scan meditation led by Anne to continue to cultivate awareness around how you feel and how you can support yourself.

This workshop is open to all people, no yoga or nutrition experience needed. Bring a yoga mat, a yoga block, water, and something to take notes with to the workshop.
