Join Anne Patrick, Eva Christopherson, and Ling Beisecker for a one day yoga retreat from the comfort of your home. Make space for the New Year with an invigorating and cleansing asana practice, journaling and group discussion, intention setting, meditation, and a rejuvenating restorative practice. All levels are welcome to this retreat as we reflect on the past year, find gratitude in what we have learned, and create space in our bodies and mind to enter the new year with a clear mind and open heart. 

Itinerary:

9-10:30am | Vinyasa Flow Practice with Eva | In this all levels class we will connect to our legs and the earth through strong standing postures, twist and backbend to rid ourselves of any accumulated lethargy, and incorporate breath work to leave feeling grounded and ready for what lies ahead. 

10:30-10:45am | Break 

10:45-12:15 pm | Cultivating Sustainable Self-Care with Ling | Bring your favorite tea/warm drink and journal to this workshop. We will spend time learning about the basics of self-care as an individual, deliberate, and self-initiated daily practice. Time will be dedicated to learning about how you individually unwind and recharge. We will start as a big group then break out into small groups to talk more in-depth. We will end the session with a lesson in self-massage and meditation.

12:15-12:45pm | Break 

12:45-2:30pm | Restorative Practice & Closing Ceremony with Anne | Completing our day will be a restorative practice in which we let the body feel supported, followed by a guided meditation/savasana based on letting go and making space for the new year. We will end our day with a group closing ceremony. 

Cost: $90 for all three sessions or $35 per session
