With a joyful and busy August, I will be back teaching yoga on Tuesdays in September at Creative Harbor in Salem, MA.

Dates: Tuesdays on September 7, 14 & 28

Time: 6pm - 7pm

What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat and any props you have such as a blanket and blocks. We will not have extra props. Water, and a credit card or cash if you plan to pay on-site registration.

All are welcome. I am thrilled at this opportunity to offer yoga to you in this creative space that encourages collaboration, community, and a creativity. Every Tuesday in September (I will teach 7, 14, and 28 and a different teacher will be in the space on Sept. 21) we will flow together from 6pm - 7pm. I will have a HEPA filter running in class. Because of the rise of COVID cases I ask you wear your mask to the studio as Salem has an indoor mask mandate. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions. I can’t wait to see you!
