Yoga at The Gallery

Starting Tuesday, August 10 at 6pm join me for weekly yoga at the Creative Harbor in Salem, MA.

Time: 6pm - 7pm

What to bring: Please bring your yoga mat and any props you have such as a blanket and blocks. We will not have extra props. Water, and a credit card or cash if you plan on on-site registration.

All are welcome. I am thrilled at this opportunity to offer yoga to you in this creative space that encourages collaboration, community, and a creativity. Every Tuesday we will flow together from 6pm - 7pm in August. I will have a limited amount of props to share so please bring your own (block(s), belt, blanket can all be helpful tools for the practice). I will have a HEPA filter running in class. Because of the rise of COVID cases I ask you wear your mask to the studio but are welcome to remove them if you would like once you are on your mat. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.
