About: I am so grateful we have had Zoom as a tool during the pandemic. I have heard, and felt it myself a sense of Zoom fatigue. So, in an effort to bring us closer in community I am asking us all to set this time, Wednesdays at 5:15 - 6:30pm, aside a month starting May 12 to deepen our commitment to the practice and to our community.
I heard how important the of studying yoga philosophy is to you from the recent survey you completed. Each week our class will start with a 15 minute discussion on two of the eight limbs of yoga. Following the discussion I will guide you in a 60 minute Vinyasa with Deep Relaxation class. I hope you will join in this opportunity to delve deeper into your practice both physically and mentally.
