Eva Christopherson first found yoga when she dropped into a class while studying piano at Berklee College of Music. The physicality of the practice caught her interest right away, and how light and balanced she felt after class is what made yoga a consistent part of her life. Each week Eva's classes vary on a certain body part, muscle, philosophy, and more, but the flow is always structured and aligned with space to modify and move with the breath. Her intention in class is for students to listen more, and to find the courage to step out of their comfort zone while not taking it all too seriously.

Anne Patrick, an adventurous and playful yogi at heart, believes in the connecting power of yoga. Teaching since 2009, Anne leads with a desire to create a supportive space for her students to reconnect to themselves through being present in breath and to explore through mindful movement. She designs her sequences to be both challenging and rejuvenating. Deeply caring about the structural alignment of each pose, Anne first addresses the physicality, then layers in the subtle elements of the practice. With a degree in Biology and Psychology, Anne studied the impact of yoga on the mind and body and believes in yoga’s inherent value for holistic wellbeing. Anne received her 200HR from Back Bay Yoga, and her 500HR from Super Soul Farm led by Raghunath Cappo, where she spent a month living and learning at Radhanath Swami’s Govardhan Eco Village in Mumbai, India.

Testimonials

“The retreat at Dragonfly Yoga Barn with Anne and Eva was amazing and exactly what I needed. It was so peaceful, yet energizing at the same time creating a positive synergy. The yoga classes combined restorative and flow allowing for a balanced yoga experience. It felt like both teachers craft their classes so that the student gets a full spectrum practice with focus on mind and body. The retreat center was phenomenal with breathtaking views, gourmet homemade meals, and access to a spectacular custom hot tub!” — Isabella

“What a un unique experience to be in the midst of such beautiful snow-covered scenery, with such interesting and caring people, able to truly enjoy and immerse myself in yoga practice with two of my favorite teachers. The view from the barn studio looked like a painted postcard and I had to remind myself that it, and this weekend away from daily stresses, was real.” — Linda
