Props:

  • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

  • Two Blankets

  • Water/tea

  • comfortable clothes you can move easily in

  • Bolster of large pillow

  • Something soft to cover your eyes, small dish towel or eye pillow (optional)

  • Candle or soft lighting to encourage relaxation (optional)

  • essential oils (optional)

About:
Based on the feedback I received from you I realize how much we are all craving slowing down in a purposeful way and reconnect to the deep practices of yin, restorative, and breath work (pranayama). My hope is this class will support you in finding peace from within. I am delighted to offer this special and important aspect of our practice with you. We all need balance to the hard physical labors of our life. Yin and restorative is a balm to soothe and clear mind, body, and spirit.
