It’s my birthday and I’d like to celebrate with you (virtually)! How better to celebrate than practicing yoga together and donating to Animal Rescue League of Boston (where I take Charlie cat for his vet appointments).

So on March 11th take your lunch break on your mat for a good cause. It would make me so happy to ring in my new year with you. You have been such a rock and community to me this past year and to share the day would bring me so much joy!

My regular 8am class is canceled on March 11 so we can all practice together. Registration is $20 and supports the ARL’s good work for Boston animals including my fluffy friend.
