Expect an alignment based training emphasizing self-study and curiosity. Weekly led practices, posture labs, lectures, discussions, and more.
Ananda Garudasana is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance's standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teacher's. Join Ling Beisecker, and Eva Christopherson, and Anne Koza Patrick all E-RYT certified teachers and trainers, as we go over the foundations of building a yoga practice, and find the teacher within!
This two month intensive meets every Tuesday & Thursday 6-9pm ET, and weekend 9am-3pm EST (not including July 4th weekend).
